Terms of Service
GENERALIt is assumed that upon commissioning me you agree to the below terms regarding the treatment of this transaction and all of those who are involved in it. There will be no tolerance for disrespect to me as a human being or as an artist. You are expected to act like a customer who is purchasing a service and to remember that artists are all doing this voluntarily because it is our passion, and it is a luxury for you to be able to participate in that. Do not forget that.PAYMENTSAll payments should be made in USD.
For all payments <$500 -> 100% of the payment is expected upfront before the work is started.
For all payments >$500 in cost -> 50% of payment is expected upfront and the remaining 50% upon the halfway mark of the commissioning process.I do not negotiate with payment plans except in very large transactions on an individual level.REVISIONSI will accept revisions throughout the entire artistic process, but it is expected that you have a clear and defined change you want to see revised. I want to bring your vision to life and I can only do so if you give me specific details rather than unformed feelings.Rather than "I don't like how the face looks" try a little "can you make the facial expression more smug?"DEADLINES AND DELIVERYThe expectation you set for me is the one that will be delivered to you.
If you have a time sensitive delivery window please tell me and I will happily ensure that it gets done. Otherwise, I generally work on a piece for 1-2 weeks depending on the complexity, and will check in with you regularly to see how you feel about the progress.I will provide the full resolution of the file(s) upon completion - through discord or twitter. I do not generally have multi-layered .psd files because it is not part of my workflow, but I am happy to provide different resizes/edits of the final work if you need them.USEMy work is never to be used to perpetuate any hateful or violent messaging online or in the physical world. I do not support or consent to my work being used by any individual, group, or organization doing any kind of political/social activism of any kind.You are entitled to use the work for commercial rights if you have purchased that along with your commission. Anyone found using my work for commercial rights who has not purchased it may be subject to legal action.REFUNDSRefunds are not provided once 50% of the work has been completed. The buyer provides at last 50% of the cost of the commission upfront(if not all of it) and refunds may only be requested up until the sketch/coloring portion of the commission. Afterwards, if you request a cancellation on the project you will receive a 50% refund for incomplete works. No refunds are provided for completed work. Revisions are included in the cost and you are meant to work with me to get a result you are satisfied with.COMMUNICATIONCommunication is preferred through discord or twitter. Please expect 24hr~ response turnaround time for any requests regarding your commission. If you become hostile towards the artist at any point during the commission process your commission may be cancelled and refunded without discussion. I will always provide a 100% refund if I have cancelled the project.
